Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kloud Safari (“the platform”, “the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

2. The service

Kloud Safari provides AWS cloud career assessments, personalised skill-gap reports, week-by-week learning roadmaps, and a curated feed of cloud job opportunities.

Assessment scores and level placements are generated by AI and are indicative only. They do not constitute a professional certification, accreditation, or employment guarantee.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person. You may not share login credentials.

4. Free and paid plans

The core assessment, gap report, and roadmap features are free. A paid Pro subscription unlocks AI CV tailoring, cover letter generation, and unlimited saved opportunities.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 7-day refund on Pro subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Contact legal@kloudsafari.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information in assessments.
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with assessments or the API.
• Share, resell, or distribute AI-generated content from the platform without attribution.
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls or access Pro features without a valid subscription.
• Use the platform in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content - including assessment questions, roadmap templates, UI design, and copy - is owned by Kloud Safari or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Your assessment answers and personal data remain yours. By submitting them you grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links and jobs

Job listings on Kloud Safari link to external employer sites. We do not endorse any employer and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or hiring practices of third-party sites. Apply at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Using the platform does not guarantee employment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kloud Safari and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
